The atmosphere was comfortable & clean. The staff was nice, our waiter was very friendly and attentive. We all ordered tacos. The tequila chicken was just ok, but the mushrooms taco was great. Others in my party had the friend chicken & shrimp tacos, which were enjoyed. The street corn was tasty. Beware that the sauces are not all gluten free- so make sure to ask as surprisingly the red is not gf.
I tried the Local Taco for the first time this weekend and loved it! Just 4 stars for me because the atmosphere was just ok--nothing fancy or unique, but they did have live music Fridays and Saturdays, and it was just the right volume--not too loud and not obnoxious. The overall experience was great though! The service was great! Friendly and fast, not a long wait at all. The food was really good! There's a variety of tacos you can get a la carte or as a combo of 2 or 4. I got the spicy shrimp, korean beef, and carnitas with a side of street corn. My husband got the Nashville hot chicken, lime chicken, and brisket taco. All were unique, fresh, and delicious! I also got a classic margarita and it was good. Would definitely recommend and return again for date night!
Tacos friends this place has legit drinks. The cocktails drink menu and the prices was reasonable. Tacos was good. The guacamole dip goes well with the margaritas drink. I hope this place stay around a bit longer then the previous businesses that's was once at this location. To go orders. Will need to be ordered from the bar. While waiting have yourself a drink. Friday evening they have live music and the tables stays pretty full.
It's taken me some time to finally try this place and I am so wishing I had tried this place sooner! The chips and queso were phenomenal! I got the Korean bbq taco and the bang bang shrimp taco. The Korean bbq was my favorite by far. Bang bang was good but very spicy! I also got the Mexican street corn off the cob and it was so good. Margaritas were good. Probably would go with a higher shelf next time. Definitely want to come back to try the nachos because they looked amazing!
Tasty tacos with gluten free and vegan options! The menu has lots of traditional and unique taco options. They also have bowls, quesadillas, and sides. My husband got a steak bowl which he found tasty, but quite small for the $16 price. I got two different chicken tacos (Nashville Hot and Southern Fried--I think those were the names?) and a side of jalapeño stuffed tots. I really enjoyed my food a lot. The prices are high, but you will get enough to eat. We went on a Saturday night and there was live music. It was cool, but extremely loud--hard to have conversations at your table. My husband and I were hesitant to eat here because our first time ended up being bad. We were sat by our waiter but then never served. After 15 minutes, we left. I think that was a fluke experience. We will be back again sometime.
